Menard completed a critical ground improvement project using Deep Soil Mixing at a nuclear power plant in Bangladesh. This technique stabilized silty sand conditions, ensuring the foundation’s strength and resilience against seismic activity.

Menard Vacuum™ process ensured drastic reduction of the necessary amount of sand fill and especially the consolidation time (6 months instead of 14).

Menard’s solution allows to comply with the design criteria in terms of SLS bearing capacity, dynamic deformation modulus, and subgrade reaction coefficient, for the 12 turbines.
