Before the 2022 starts, Menard Asia has completed the soil reinforcement works using Controlled Modulus Column #CMC installed under shallow #foundations of a private villa. Menard Asia only took a week to complete this prestigious villa project. This ground improvement work was needed because the geotechnical characteristics of the existing soils were not good enough to bear the villa’s structure.

Menard Asia’s technologies came as alternative solution to Bored Piles and has been designed locally by our team in Cambodia.
