At Menard Geosystems, we provide total ground improvement solutions to civil and structural engineering applications. Our services include:
· Geotechnical investigation
· Engineering technical design
· Execution of ground improvement works
· Geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring.
We strive to understand our clients’ requirements in advance and propose cost-effective and technical competence solutions to meet their project goals.
Geotechnical Investigation
For geotechnical investigation, our services include conventional exploratory field tests such as deep bored holes, Mackintosh tests, standard penetration tests, field vane shear tests and some specialized in-situ tests such as
· Menard Pressuremeter Tests
· Piezocone Penetration Tests
Other non-conventional tests offered by us include geophysical tests such as:
· In-situ Borehole Geophysics Tests (e.g. downhole PS logging, resistivity logging, natural gamma density logging)
·
In-situ Surface Geophysics Tests (e.g. SASW, seismic reflection and refraction, 1D and 2D resistivity test)

Pressuremeter Testing Spectra Analysis of Surface Wave (SASW)
Technical Design
For technical design, we employ the latest design softwares such as PLAXIS, SAGE CRISP, SLIDE etc. A team of full time geotechnical engineers provide the necessary support to our construction teams and provide state-of-the-art proposals to our clients.

Ground Improvement Techniques
For every type of ground conditions, we have more than one suitable techniques. Our commitment is to offer the best solution – one with cost effectiveness, shortest possible construction time and environmental friendliness in mind. Our range of ground improvement techniques include:

Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring
As part of our commitment to quality works, we offer geotechnical instrumentation for monitoring of works during and after ground improvement works. For instrumentation we provide supply, installation, monitoring and data interpretation for the following:
* Settlement measurements (e.g. settlement plates, settlement gauges such as magnetic extensometers and profiler)
* Ground displacement measurements (e.g. inclinometers)
* Load, stress and pressure measurements (e.g. pressure cells, vibrating wire load cell, vibrating wire strain gauge)
* Porewater pressure measurements (e.g. standpipe piezometers, pneumatic piezometers)
* Vibration and noise measurements
* Plate load tests and other in-situ tests (e.g. pressuremeter tests, cone penetration tests, field vane shear tests)
